Information specialists are multidisciplinary creatures, but it is not easy to keep up with so many different fields at the same time, especially, at the end of a semester… How to acknowledge all the voices coming from outside of the School of Information Studies? How to stay receptive to their take on information? Biology, Physics, Computer Science, Arts, Mathematics, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Neuroscience, Genetics, Music… Is there a field that does not concern itself with information?

At times, it seems like we are blindly searching for the fellow information specialists guided by the echo of their voices… At times, it seems like we are incapable of responding to their random and isolated calls that emerge in the space we share and fade into the deceiving silence… When can we finally meet? When can we finally see and recognize each other?
